These are located in the drop down menu on the booking site. There is a thorough description under each service. Please take the time to read so you book the correct service. Each service will be pending until approved by a team member and you will be notified as soon as possible. If at any point you are not sure what to book, please do not hesitate to text or call and we will be glad to help guide you in the right direction. NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS All New Clients will be charged a deposit fee. This will be applied toward the service at your upcoming appointment. This deposit is nonrefundable if our cancellation/no show policy is not respected. CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS All appointments MUST be cancelled within or before 48 hours of your service. Failure to do so will result in a 30% nonrefundable fee on your booked appointment. All no shows will be required to leave deposits ahead of time for any future appointments. IMPORTANT PREP BEFORE YOUR CUSTOM CURL CUT: It is required that you come to your appointment with clean, air dried and detangled hair. It must be product free and completely dry. It is going to be difficult and maybe even uncomfortable for many of you. We understand however, it is very important for us to see the hair in its natural state before services. DO NOT: -pull hair back in ponytail -wear sunglasses on your head -no scarves, hats, headbands or hair pins $30 Detangling fee will be applied for extra time spent doing so. We want to make the most out of your visit and give you the best experience possible. Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours before appointment. There will be a 30% cancellation fee on the next service for anything past time frame.
